“This shop is SOLID, Israel and Mark are solid guys. I don't live in South Plainfield but travel from Harrison. The first time I used C&F my a/c was shot they gave me a fair price so I dropped the car off 2days later ready to roll. Second time I used them was 6 months later and my car a 2005 Century my car needed a lot of little work exhaust leak, frozen caliper pin, oil change, fuel filter , cabin filters and a short in my headlights again they were fair and more than competent. I now send my daughter's car to these guys. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed”

“I had walked into this great little garage to ask about a possible oil leak from my car. Immediately I was greeted and within 5 min my car was on a lift and was being looked at. I was invited in to stay warm by Kevin and the man who helped me with my car was David. The nicest and most honest repair men at a car garage I have ever walked into. He examined the entire bottom of my car and and found nothing. He refused payment and was content that he just helped someone out. With our most recent experience, we received another car after being told ours was not available. The car we received was in need of cleaning, which my wife and I did prior to loading it for our trip. I called and spoke with a representative and requested a notation be placed in our account. When we returned the car, the representative agreed to not only reimburse us for the car wash, but also agreed to an additional amount I requested being taken off our account. There were several sincere apologies and my wife and I will continue to use their services in the future. Even though the overall experience started in a negative manner, the representative provided excellent customer service and ensured we were happy before we left.”
