“I broke down on the parkway and the tow truck co. Asked me where he was towing me to. not being from the local area. I googled and called two places that looked good that we’re about 5 miles away. They didn’t answer the third call. I was lucky enough that Harry from 516 answered he was cool calm collected and exactly what this panicked frustrated female driver needed on a 95° day. Told him my car died and he said I could bring the car in. I’m already happy at this point. Besides them having a very cool corner spot, multiple experienced mechanics, 4 garage bays, and air-conditioning, by the time I came out of the bathroom, Harry already had my car hood open and was looking to see what the issue was. Mind you he doesn’t know me at all and when I had checked in with him, he had been taking calls left and right and local customers coming in and out and he knows everything, who’s calling, etc. etc. Everyone knew him. I was already impressed and felt confident in my google search choice. . He patiently worked with my aftermarket warranty company, he knew the process he knew instantly what was wrong with my vintage car, and not even this flustered nervous Nellie lady could shake his very chill demeanor. He got my parts ASAP. He treated me like I was a respected regular. His prices were spot on an even though I live 40 minutes away, I’m considering using them going forward. . If they will have me back! Can’t recommend them highly enough!”
