Genuine Portuguese cuisine since 1976, the Portuguese Fisherman is an asset to the community.

Excellent seafood and steaks.
We enjoy the shrimp in garlic appetizer and the fried calamari. The fisherman's platter is an excellent combination of broiled seafood, including shrimps, scallops and a nice sized lobster tail. I didn't care for the paella, large clams and the lobster was tough. Most entrees include chips and Spanish rice.

The sangria is good, but lacks consistency (both red and white).

Pricing is reasonable and the portions are quite generous.

The service has been great every time. We highly recommend the Portuguese Fisherman.

Nice old fashioned feel. Not impressed with the flavor of some of the dishes (ribs, mac-n-cheese for kids) and how long my food took to come out. Waiter did make it right at the end which I appreciated. Will be back but will stick to indigenous dishes that are specialties.

Definitely worth a visit. I was here for my birthday with a party of seven - it was an intimate setting upstairs in a ballroom area. The sangria was delicious and I had the fisherman's platter with a big lobster tail, scallops, jumbo shrimp with rice, Spanish potatoes and vegetables. You can tell everything was made fresh to order, and the seafood was plump and juicy I will definitely come back.
