“Dr. Flugrad is a wonderful oral surgeon with a great personality. I just had a lot of work done by him and have absolutely no complaints. His staff was very courteous to me as well. I had to bring my 2 youngsters for two of my appointments and while he was working with me, his staff would cheer my kids up when they were a little crabby. I was very nervous the day of my surgery and talking with Dr. Flugrad beforehand completely calmed me down and put me at ease. To the complaint reviews on here, to each his own. Maybe it was your attitude that affected your experience. I personally would highly recommend George to anyone in need of major dental work.
