She listens to patients' concerns and takes time to explain preventative measures and treatment options, as well as answer any questions. She has great interpersonal skills . Her office has one of the best scheduling systems with literally little to no wait in the waiting room. Her office is clean and organized. Her support staff is courteous, although sometimes they call multiple times to confirm the same appointment.”
