“I was sad when i read these reviews, I also heard that his ex-partner rigged all of these negative reviews. Well, onto my experience. I used Water Mechanix at my house and for my business. Here i will be sharing my residential experience with them and I will post another review from my work account to review my commercial experience with them, both were completely different. Two times during the last quarter of 2017 I was away on vacation and my wife called me telling me that we had heavy duty major sink leaks. One time for my kitchen and one time for my slop sink, total disaster when i was away. We linked up with Mike from our mutual friend Bob Major Heating and Cooling. Mike showed up and saved the day for my wife BOTH times, within hours of calling. Super professional and nice, operated respectfully with no 'man' in the house. Made everyone feel comfortable Charged a fair price and tested all the work he did. To this day both of those sinks are having no issues. He then followed up to make sure everything was OK a few days later. His response time was just what we needed. My first two experiences with this company was positive. He was referred to me from within my network, the person who referred him would never work with anyone who did bad work.
