“I bought a Vector 44" Wheeled Garmet Bag at Boscov's, I loved it. The handle stopped coming all the way up, and being 6'5" it was a problem. I tried contacting Leisure directly with no response. Boscov's helped in the process since it was still in warranty. Hats off to Boscov's! I bought a suitcase there almost 3 years ago, I really liked it, but the last trip, the handle no longer extended all the way. I tried everything possible. It was under warranty. I emailed the company who manufactured it several times, and called them as well. No response. So I called Boscov's Customer Service. I figured being a family owned business, their buyer might be able to reach out to them to contract me. They did, and with in 2 hours the Vice President of Leisure Luggage called me. They will replace it! So Boscov's was amazing, and once Leisure was contacted they were great as well.”

“This was my first time at the salon. I selected the salon based off of the reviews and I was not disappointed. When I called to make the appointment, they scheduled me with Dawn. I told Dawn what I was looking to do and asked for her suggestions. I had booked Balyage and she suggested highlights and a few low lights and explained the process. I followed her suggestion and I was not disappointed. The color is incredible. My hair feels incredible. They use high end products that are GOOD for your hair. The salon is very clean, tastefully decorated, and the pricing is reasonable. Everyone in the salon was very friendly. I am so glad I found Dawn.”

“I broke down on the parkway and the tow truck co. Asked me where he was towing me to. not being from the local area. I googled and called two places that looked good that we’re about 5 miles away. They didn’t answer the third call. I was lucky enough that Harry from 516 answered he was cool calm collected and exactly what this panicked frustrated female driver needed on a 95° day. Told him my car died and he said I could bring the car in. I’m already happy at this point. Besides them having a very cool corner spot, multiple experienced mechanics, 4 garage bays, and air-conditioning, by the time I came out of the bathroom, Harry already had my car hood open and was looking to see what the issue was. Mind you he doesn’t know me at all and when I had checked in with him, he had been taking calls left and right and local customers coming in and out and he knows everything, who’s calling, etc. etc. Everyone knew him. I was already impressed and felt confident in my google search choice. . He patiently worked with my aftermarket warranty company, he knew the process he knew instantly what was wrong with my vintage car, and not even this flustered nervous Nellie lady could shake his very chill demeanor. He got my parts ASAP. He treated me like I was a respected regular. His prices were spot on an even though I live 40 minutes away, I’m considering using them going forward. . If they will have me back! Can’t recommend them highly enough!”
