La Strada - Aberdeen Matawan. Pizza. Hours: 1 Gaston St, Matawan (732) 583-9600. I have been to La Strada's only twice, but I'm already a fan. It's clean inside and the staff is attentive. I have tried a few other pizza places in the area, and they seem to have the best.
