Trinity Church

Diverse, family friendly, LGBT friendly, stranger friendly and committed to the community outside their doors as well as within. Trinity is a model for the hospitable, loving urban church. Masses are beautiful with a fantastic organ, great adult and children's choirs and strong congregational singing. Has gone (over the last 25 years) from the brink of closure to becoming a strong, healthy cardinal parish of the Episcopal Church in NJ.

Incredibly friendly parish. Worship is Rite II with good preaching and music. We love to visit every time we’re in Asbury Park or Ocean Grove.

Met very warm people when I visited the Church a few times. The 8am prayers are inspirational. Would visit more whenever I am able.

The quiet early Sunday morning Eucharist is wonderful.

Trinity is an open, inclusive community of kind and generous people who believe that doing is as important as praying. They are welcoming and non-judgmental. We like the quiet and simple 8am Sunday service. Sometimes the music-filled 10am with a little pomp is fun too.
