Everyone here was super helpful. Tom was great and easy to work with. The store has more inside and is larger than you would expect when looking from the outside in. We went to Lowe’s first and Eatontown Appliance was both more reasonably priced, and had nicer customer service - by far. Plus, it always feels nice supporting a local, family run business. Delivery was quick and easy!

I highly recommend them because the whole experience was a pleasure. The personal attention, great prices (they match any other sale prices), and prompt delivery made the transaction relaxing.

1st time customer. We purchased a GE Cafe slide in oven, a GE oven and a vented range. From the time we walked in to delivery everything was exceptional. Service aside, we saved a good amount of money by going Eatontown TV and appliance compared to the big box retailers. I would highly recommend them!

We had problems with all the appliances we ordered but the store made good on all. Double oven door cracked, microwave was wrong size.
the end they made good on all. process was a lengthy. Next time we buy from big department store. I decided to edit my review to 4 stars because the store owner called my house and spoke to my wife twice to be sure all was ok. My feedback was not meant to hurt you it was meant to give you the feedback to improve your business. If you stay competitive, offer the merchandise that's in demand and combine it with phenomenal customer service you will be #1 in my books
