I have had many cars and have been to many service depts. I have never felt so good about leaving my car with a service dept like Jaguar 🐆. They are the nicest staff you could ever meet. I needed a sensor put in and instead of me having to pay for it they informed me it was under warranty and they even cleaned my car 🤣. Oh they even went out of their way to drive my wife and I the get breakfast while we waited. They came back to pick us up when it was done. They are better than 5 Stars . Thank you so much .

The only thing I would criticize is that I was told I needed a repair for a steering issue (recommended, not mandatory) where the part was allegedly worn. I asked for details but they could not provide them. Just about $1,000. I was told I would receive a video explaining the issue but I never did. I asked again and was told again I would receive it. Never got it.

Danielle & the intake people are polite, attentive & knowledgeable. Communication is important & they are able to effectively keep me informed.

I know that my S-Type is in the best hands anytime I've brought it to Jaguar-LandRover of Monmouth. Rich and Danielle make the service a flawless, comfortable way to keep my classic running like new.
