AllStates Restoration

I would highly recommend AllStates Restoration. I felt like they were on my team, and when the insurance company did not cooperate, AllStates was right there in my corner. I had a leak in my garage during the cold December months in 2021, where a good chunk of the ceiling and side wall were soaked and starting to show some mold. The process was really easy and the completion of the job was thoroughly done properly until all the wood was completely dry.

First, one of their reps by the name of Al came to the house, and completely explained how the process was going to work. He kept in constant communication throughout, even calmed me down multiple times when I was upset about all the water damage. Then, they sent Manny and his crew to tear down the sheetrock. They were neat, and cleaned up when they were done. Next, they sectioned off parts of the garage and placed heater and vents in the area to start the drying process. They used sophisticated devices to measure when the drying was completed. Anthony and Kailin did this work, and were a pleasure to deal with. Finally, when the drying was completed, they had Chuck come to my house to wrap the exposed pipes and put up new sheetrock.

I could not have been happier with the process. The only problem with everything was the lack of support from the insurance company, but AllStates worked with me the entire way! Sean and his staff were professional and put the customers first!

Amazing company! Worked with me from start to finish. Everyone who worked the project was professional, communicative, clean, honest, and such a delight. I highly recommend them for everything - I’ve never experienced such service from any contractor or anyone that I hired for work on my house.

We had our plumbers out to repair a kitchen leak—which also leaked into the basement. Plumbers recommended AllState and sent them our way. Very quick response time, came prepared to contain and repair my home. No waiting for another appointment. Carl walked me through what they do, and why. They found the water damage was pretty extensive. They set up monitors to record daily drying activity, and sent daily emails so everyone involved stayed informed. Al was always available for any questions I had, and sent someone to reconfigure the drying chambers when needed to remain most effective Their fast response and attention to details saved my house from a much worse case scenario. After hearing nightmares from friends in similar situations, I’m very glad I had Allstate on my side to help navigate this scary and overwhelming process. The girls in the office are great, and never miss a detail or beat, and the workers they send to your house are fast, efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. Overall very satisfied—while I hope I never need them again-I know they are the only company I will use should I ever have a house issue again!

I had mold growing in the home for the past 7-8 months it got so bad to where me my wife and daughter would get sick often. Received a quote with all states and they are very professional with how they do there job. Price may be a little expensive but it is best to get the proper work done. They did a whole house remediation for me, all the workers were nice and respectful I couldn’t have asked for a better team to come out to my home. The work took about a week but they are very flexible with there schedules
