“I would highly recommend AllStates Restoration. I felt like they were on my team, and when the insurance company did not cooperate, AllStates was right there in my corner. I had a leak in my garage during the cold December months in 2021, where a good chunk of the ceiling and side wall were soaked and starting to show some mold. The process was really easy and the completion of the job was thoroughly done properly until all the wood was completely dry. First, one of their reps by the name of Al came to the house, and completely explained how the process was going to work. He kept in constant communication throughout, even calmed me down multiple times when I was upset about all the water damage. Then, they sent Manny and his crew to tear down the sheetrock. They were neat, and cleaned up when they were done. Next, they sectioned off parts of the garage and placed heater and vents in the area to start the drying process. They used sophisticated devices to measure when the drying was completed. Anthony and Kailin did this work, and were a pleasure to deal with. Finally, when the drying was completed, they had Chuck come to my house to wrap the exposed pipes and put up new sheetrock. I could not have been happier with the process. The only problem with everything was the lack of support from the insurance company, but AllStates worked with me the entire way! Sean and his staff were professional and put the customers first!”

“We purchased a gas fireplace from East Coast Fireplace approximately two years ago. Ron, the owner, helped us design it and also gave us some recommendations to add some custom storage. When it was completed, my wife and I loved it and still do. About two months, I noticed two items that needed correction. I called the company and explained the situation and they agreed to correct the issues. Their office staff was professional, scheduled an appointment and told me I would receive a call from them the day before the appointment date to finalize the time of the technician's arrival. As promised, they called and the technician arrived during the agreed upon time frame. He was polite, professional and friendly. “Len's team did an amazing job with our kitchen & bath renovation. My wife and I bought a "fixer upper" which hadn't been updated since the 1970s, so we had Len’s team put in a new kitchen and add a full bathroom. We are very happy with how everything turned out. All of the workers were very professional and courteous. I felt completely comfortable having them alone in my house when we weren't there. Len always responded to my calls and texts right away and I never had trouble getting in touch with him. Overall, we are very happy with the work Len's team did. I was looking for a small side table and found one in the store but wasn’t sure if it would like right in my space- Jeanne said “take it home. Live with it and see if you like.
