(July 8, 2021, 11:00 am)Amazing customer service; I ordered a personalized gift online and the store clerk called to tell me online orders can't be personalized, but that she would pack it and ship it herself from the store. The receiver of the gift said the packaging was beautiful.

(October 2, 2018, 11:04 am)Great little big bookstore in the neighborhood! I get all of my bookclub reads thru River Road Books. There is nothing like holding a book on the beach. Digital is great for communication, but I like the weight of a book in my hands. Let's keep this store alive.
