I cannot say enough incredible things about POE !! Not only has the weight come off but I made so many great friendships and meaningful relationships.. Absolutely love Poe!! I’ve been going to Poe for about 6-7 months now and always look forward to going back. I always leave there feeling great and detoxed. The classes are challenging yet a lot of fun. I’ve taken classes with Liz, Carly, Cameron, and Siobhan and they are all amazing. So glad I found this studio !!! You will not be disappointed

Great workout for men as well as women. 50 minute really well thought out workouts that will make you sweat. You will see results that will keep you coming back too. Highly recommended. Liz and the team are awesome

The absolute best workout I’ve ever had. Liz’s firebeat class is so addicting. She’s an amazing instructor and it’s the only workout I’ve ever taken that has me coming back consistently for almost 2 years!

Liz and the team at Poe are wonderful. I was recommended to Poe by my friend who swore by it - she was right. You get a great work out (challenging but fun) and something I look forward to!
