“I don't usually write reviews but I had to make an exception in this case. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship and the professionalism that everyone at Inspire brought to the table. Everyone was absolutely phenomenal to work with but Linda and Mike in the office consistently exceeded expectations and Sean and Duffy who were at our house every day quite literally could not have done a better job. I am a tough customer and to say that I was impressed was an understatement. The job basically came perfect (and to say that about ANY contracting work is almost unheard of). We had a complete kitchen gut and remodel. The whole job took about 6 weeks and they had everything completed on time the week before Thanksgiving. We were very worried things would spill into the holidays and they did not which allowed us to exhale and be able to enjoy our phenomenal new kitchen for the holidays. I could not recommend Inspire more and I think the before and after pictures I've attached here speak for themselves.”

“Kudos to James Piccolo from Express Appliance Service. I had the pleasure of meeting James during my service appointment on September 25, 2018. I had requested a service appointment through American Home Shield for an issue I was experiencing with my refrigerator, James was the skilled service technician who was assigned my service appointment. James updated me to his scheduled arrival time and was punctual for the preset appointment timeframe. He was very professional and introduced himself upon arrival at my home. I explained the issue I was experiencing with my refrigerator and he immediately diagnosed the problem. He thoroughly explained to me the workings of a refrigerator and the reason behind my issues. He offered a suggestion as to how to protect the loss of my food which worked like a charm. He explained how the replacement part would be drop shipped to my home and the process to follow once the replacement part arrived. James was the return service technician who installed the part and once again he updated me to his scheduled arrival time and was punctual. He explained the installation process to me and asked if I had any questions regarding the installation. “I hired Mr. Rooter since they were able to get here immediately. Don't make this mistake. Mr. Rooter charged $210.00 and did not clear the line. They flooded my laundry room though and made quite a mess. Later that day I called A General Plumbing & Sewer and explained my situation. They sent Carl the next morning. Carl is quite a character and will entertain you while he works. Carl put drop cloths down around the clean out in my laundry room area and used a much heavier duty snake than Mr. Rooter. Carl was here for less time and cleared the line in no time flat. His snake came in multiple sections and was operated by a large drill which cleaned the pipe for its entire length. Carl sent more than 110 feet of snake down the sewer line. We have lived in this house for nearly 30 years and the drains have never run like this before. Carl is the man!”

“Allison Pest Control helped us several years ago with a hornet's nest, and we kept their number in our phone. We recently had small black ants in our kitchen. We called Allison, and a gentleman came the next day and treated the kitchen, surrounding rooms, and the exterior of our house. It wasn't a big deal infestation, but they did it just to be careful. They were very friendly and instructional, and we would definitely recommend them to anyone else with a pest that problem.”

“I have had 2 projects completed by Ramtown Carpet One. The first was in 2014 when I had wall to wall carpeting installed. In August 2018, as part of my kitchen renovation, I returned to Ramtown again because of my great experience with their store in 2014. My kitchen floor has 'unique' issues (which I won't delve into here) and I sought the advice of Nancy as to what material would be best to use for the new floor. She recommended luxury vinyl planks and I couldn't be more pleased with the results! What a great call Nancy made- she really knows her stuff! When I came to the store to choose the floor, Jesse was patient with me as I struggled to choose just the right one. Eric's installation crew were efficient and paid attention to detail. There was one minor issue that I noticed after the job was completed and Tom's concern that it be resolved quickly and to my satisfaction was reassuring. Tom & Eric came back and took care of it. Overall, I highly recommend Ramtown Carpet One to anyone that is looking for a professional, friendly, and stress free shopping and installation service. They made me feel like I was their only client. They are fantastic!”
