I have been a long time customer of Cavanaughs from bees to mice to termites to bugs in my xmas tree. They went way beyond today for me. A month ago, I called for what I thought was hornets. We saw them flying outside our windows. They killed the nest, but told me it was wasps. For the last week, we've had 4 live large hornets inside our house. We saved them to show them.
I thought it was related to the wasps, but it's not. An expert on this came out. Told us they were European hornets and found a nest above another window. He said they were able to get in the house and are attracted to the light. He knew we were scared of these and my daughter is allergic to bees, and he made it happen to have someone come back and get these hornets destroyed today! Thanks so much for your responsiveness, your outstanding knowledge, and your prompt effort to help us. Truly remarkable.

Been using Cavanaugh’s for 30 years . The technician today very courteous, punctual, friendly. Wore the shoe covers . Can’t say enough . They make appointments quickly and will come when you need them if a bug problem occurs. Great company.

I called Cavanaugh's for a mice problem we had in our house. They had a representative here in less than 2 hours. Marquis was very professional and knew immediately how to take control of the problem. He set bait traps but didn't have one for the outside. He said he would come back the next day and as promised he did. He is scheduled to follow up in 2 weeks. I have no doubt that he will follow through. Hopefully I don't need pest control much for my new house but when I do I know who I'll be calling.
