I have been going to JILL’s boot camp for over a year.
I go twice s week. It’s the best workout I ever had. It’s always challenging. You can go at your own pace or go as hard as you can. I was working in my yard the other day and would normally get tired and quit after an hour. Now I can go all day with energy left over. In other words Jill’s workouts made s big difference. Everyone there is real friendly and easy to get along with. JILL is a dynamo and a great coach.
This class changed my life for the better and I can do things now at 62 that I couldn’t do at 20. Thanks Jill.
I absolutely love Jill’s Bootcamp! I’ve been going to this class for almost a year and I have never felt better or been in better shape. Jill is amazing and the classes are always different, challenging and fun. No matter what your current level of fitness is, I highly recommend Jill’s Bootcamp! ????????
