I went with my daughter to lease a 2026 Tiguan and we both couldn't be happier with the experience. Our salesperson Iris was super knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy - she made it feel like an old friend was helping us out. She worked with Matt (sales manager) to get us a payment that fit within our budget. My daughter was initially dreading the car shopping / buying experience but was also pleasantly surprised with how easily the whole transaction went and she loves her new car!

My sales person Mark G, was exceptionally patient and allowed me to take the vehicle on an extended test drive, which really helped ensure that I was completely comfortable with the purchase. He was never pushy or demanding. Please ask for him when you arrive, you will not be disappointed.

Jeff/John from Internet Sales kept in close contact with me via text and phone calls regarding the specifics of the vehicle I was interested, providing updates until I was able to visit the dealership

John L, the owner of the dealership, went above and beyond by ensuring the vehicle had the latest software updates and even proactively changed the brakes and tires, despite them being in very good condition during my test drive. He also thoughtfully provided me with a loaner car so I could return back to NY while vehicle was being worked on.

Joann Y was great in providing me with a great loaner and kept me updated with alerts via text on my vehicle that was being worked on.
