I have worked with a handful of lawyers in my life, and although I didn’t end up going through with my case this time, I did have a great experience talking with Ms. Johnson about it. I found her to be very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and compassionate. She’s respectful but direct, which is actually a very difficult balance to maintain. Perhaps what I appreciated most about her was her constructive positivity, or maybe it’s better phrased, positive realism? I don’t know how to put this, but I think most people that live in American Society today will understand what I’m talking about: It’s so unhelpful to seek advice from people who blow sunshine and rainbows up your butt when the situation, as it stands, is not looking good and it needs to be addressed.
