He answered any questions I had. He was very patient and helped the initial process of transferring my info from my old phone. (No trade in) When I went to the “get-to-know-your-phone” table, the girl there, maybe Katlyn, was not as patient. She spoke very fast as though we should know what we are doing. “The instructor Eric was great, he was knowledgeable in all aspects of guitar repair and was always willing to share that knowledge. He was hands on with the class and was always willing to go to great lengths to make sure everyone was at the level of knowledge and skill they should be at by graduation. I was even able to get a job at Guitar Center as a repair tech not even a month after i had graduated. Even after graduation if you run across anything that you hit a roadblock on Eric will still be there to help you.”

“There honestly is no better place to record in New Jersey or New York. This place is relaxing and comfortable with great acoustics. As an architect and musician, I can say it was designed perfectly. The owner, Joe, has an ear that is unmatched in the recording business. He hears every little mistake, unwanted sound, ding, ting...etc. you name it, and he fixes it within seconds. No wasting time with this guy. His creative input is also top notch. He is a very kind, funny and experienced guy who will make your band sound amazing. “Sears is good at a few things. The car service is reliable and some good deals on tires. The tools are alright, prices aren't bad and selection of brand name tools is decent. Appliances always seems to a selection for fridges and dishwashers but not much else. They used to sell more but cut back to products they are better at. So if you plan to go to Sears go for something they are known for.”
