I've been dealing with Gil and his staff since he took over this freehold location. I'm am not just a account number with them. When I call with any questions I am always given the choices and options that pertain to my situation. This type of customer service is what other business should learn from. They are knowledgeable and curtious and will call you back when they say they will. I deal with a lot of companies for many reasons in business but dealing with Gil and his Allstate crew are by far the best decision I've ever made.
Top level customer service from this agency. Gil and his staff provide the right solutions for your home or business insurance needs - not a one-size-fits-all approach. They are a trove of information and advice in a crisis and if they aren't sure about something (and this I appreciate above all) they will do the legwork and get back to you with a satisfactory answer.
We switched over to Allstate after being with another agency for many years and the reason we did so is because of the outstanding service we have received from Gonzalez Financial. We switched both our car and home owners insurance to Allstate and we couldn't be happier. Compared to our old policy, we were very pleased with the rate they quoted us and we were offered better coverage. Gil & Andrea Gonzalez, along with the rest of their staff, go above and beyond when you have a concern about your policy. Two of the nicest people you would ever want to work with to handle your insurance needs are Susan Kershaw and Gil Gonzalez. Like many others, I've had many opportunities to switch insurance companies but never did until I met Susan and Gil. They were professional, knowledgeable and empathetic to my needs. No pressure sales is the way I like it! What can I say, they won my business through their attention to details, communication and surprisingly the rates. I moved over my Auto, Homeowners, Personal Umbrella and rental property policies. I highly recommend them for all of your insurance needs.
I have been with Allstate for a long time I am currently happy and would not look to go to another agency as long as the service stays at a high standard, as it is today.
