Chai Urgent Care - Freehold, NJ

The front receptionist are amazing. Probably the best part of the experience. I had to get a Covid test and they were extremely helpful and courteous. The doctor was very personable and answered all my questions. Hopefully I don’t ever have to come back here, but if I do I know i am in good hands.

The Best place to go! No wait time, very thorough with you the entire visit and they take their time. MA Silivia, took her time, was very encouraging and kind with me. Dr. Imee is the best! She explains everything to you without trying to rush you out like other urgent cares. She is amazing with my son as well when he needs to be seen. They are just so kind and welcoming! Totally recommended Chai Urgent Care!

All I can say is Wow!! I have been so sick for over a week with what I think is the flu. I went to another urgent care that did absolutely nothing for me so I looked around and found Chai Urgent Care and saw all of the positive reviews. I have been feeling so weak. I didn’t think I would be able to even come to the office. I saw that I could do a video visit from my home. I tried it and was seen within 15 minutes! The experience was like none other. From the receptionist, who was so sweet to the Doctor that was also caring and very thorough. I can not say enough good things about this place. I won’t go anywhere else. It’s very hard to find a Doctors office these days that make you feel like they actually care. Thank you!
