Not just my items, but other customers who approached Kevin as he was helping me. They'd ask where to find an item and without even having to think about it, he directed them to it. Not just the aisle, but which side,how far down and let's say: eye level, near the top,etc.! I'm 55 yr.s old and have been in a lot of hardware stores and garden centers, I can honestly say that I have never seen anyone so spot on and pleasant before as this guy.
