Clear and specific instructions. Worked with me and my very difficult insurance so patiently and kindly! They are sweet and make sure you leave the office knowing how to use them properly and care for them.

The staff here is amazing! The receptionist is very friendly and inviting. The audiologist Jonathan was fantastic. He really takes the time to build rapport and explain the results of exams in a clear, coherent manner.

The gentleman that tested my (94 years old)mom's hearing at her assisted living facility, was .amazing. He explained everything he was doing and was patient & kind in the process.

Went to Beltone in Hazlet for the first time and I was so happy. John was excellent! Very patient, thorough, extremely knowledgeable. He spent so much time with me to explain everything. Place is immaculate as well. Can’t wait to go back to get my new hearing aids!!

This was my first time ever being fitted for hearing aids. I was not sure what to expect. From the first appointment and follow ups, Jonathan was extremely knowledgeable patient and thorough. We tried a few options allowing me to select what was best for me, he was patient and supportive through this process. I would highly recommend this facility as the entire process was smooth informative and everybody was extremely friendly.
