(October 21, 2018, 8:22 am)We have called this company twice. Both times, Jason arrived within a few hours. When we needed a new furnace installed, he was able to do it the next day at a competetive price, highly recommend.
(July 23, 2018, 3:41 pm)My AC crapped out sometime in the middle of the night. I called ECH&C at 7;30 A.M. and actually connected with a live body. I was told they had some running around to do first and should get there by late morning. By 11:30 A.M. my AC was fixed at a reasonable cost. I must be dreaming.

We appreciated his hard work in fixing our unit and willingness to try various options vs just installing a new A/C when it took a turn...! He is clearly a hard worker who cares about homeowners concerns and needs. Highly recommend!
(June 25, 2018, 12:19 pm)I can’t speak highly enough of Jason, & his company: East Coast Heating & Cooling. I wrapped up a very difficult & sanity-testing home renovation project late last year, & one of the items I had entrusted my general contractor with was replacing my entire heating & central AC system. Flash forward 6 months, & when I attempt to use my central AC for the first time this season…nothing! I called Jason on a Thursday afternoon, & he was willing to work around my work schedule & stop by that upcoming Saturday morning. He was even willing to see me that same day, or the day after even, given it was supposed to be in the 80s/90s on both days! He quickly pointed out the issue that needed to be addressed immediately in order for the system to function (needed a new AC/electrical whip & fuse box), & quoted an all-inclusive, more than fair/reasonable price. He also pointed out another potential issue, noting it didn’t need to be addressed right now, but it’s something I may want to consider in the future…he was also even willing to take a look at another issue completely separate from the original service call! I found East Coast Heating & Cooling to be knowledgeable, skillful, responsive, honest, & very reasonably priced. Plus, Jason was awesome to chat with :- ) My only regret is that I didn’t hire them to do the original install last year…East Coast Heating & Cooling is definitely my go-to HVAC contractor from now on! Thank you so much!
(June 21, 2018, 2:19 pm)These guys are the best! After calling 3 other so-called ac experts, East Coast was the only one that could diagnose my problem and offer a solution. Super service, competitive prices. I wouldn’t use anyone else!!
