“Honest and helpful. Two words that best describe this place and it’s people. Robert and Maryann went above and beyond helping me with renting a small skid steer. I reserved the equipment for 2 days, thinking I would need it the whole time. When things went more quickly than I anticipated, and I used the machine less than 8 hours, they gladly picked up the machine the next day and did not charge me for the second day. Unheard of customer service if you ask me. They were friendly, easy to ask questions to, and were easy to get a hold of. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. I will definitely be doing business with them again and I highly recommend others to skip the corporate stores like United and come straight to JB. You will not be disappointed.”

“This is the yarn shop of yarn shops! Lots of classes, friendly knowledgeable staff. Buy your supplies and yarn here and get help if you get stuck witb a pattern. Plus their mascot is a guinea pig. They've got the goods, hard to find supplies like 000 40 inch circulars, silk yarns, wool yarn, blends, and buttons. There are a ton of kits and gift baskets too. Need a handmade gift? Plenty of samples for sale. When you've learned it all from you tube and you want to graduate from the cheap acrylic yarns.”
