(July 7, 2021, 12:47 pm)Howell DPW is a well oiled machine, the men and women at work are invisible to me, yet their work always mesmerizes me. There was a terrible storm last night, I heard trees falling, but this morning when I went to inspect the damage, they had already cleaned up the streets!
Howell is not an especially affluent neighborhood with high taxes, yet the level of service provided across all the departments I’ve dealt with is second to none!

My other half was out plowing yesterday so I was left to shovel our driveway (fits 6+cars) for the second time when at the end of the storm when #19 came up our cul-de-sac. He took extra care to drag the snow out of my drive rather than to plow us in... a true blessing.
