I cannot say enough about our experience with People’s Plumbing. We had an unexpected issue with our hot water heater and I saw that they were highly recommended so I gave them a call after hours. I actually spoke with a person who gave us advice that ensured our safety, and promised a call first thing in the morning. Like clockwork, Sergio called just after 8am and was so kind and attentive to our situation. He came out shortly thereafter, assessed the situation, explained the process, and within hours, he had Matt and Timmy at the house and a new hot water heater was installed!!! They coordinated with the electrician, Dave, who was also wonderful and kind, and so knowledgeable! All of them respected my immunocompromised status, and our time constraints because of work, as well as our requests for back door use to protect our cats. They made us feel like family and I am forever grateful!

If I could give 20 stars I would! Honest and reliable from the start. Sergio is the best! He makes every job a pleasure. A master at his craft! Nicest guy ever! The ladies in the office are also very helpful and so nice to deal with. Highly recommend!!!!

Just had a great experience with Sergio from people’s plumbing! We are new homeowners and this was our first time in need of a plumber. Sergio was recommend to us . I was able to get an appointment in less than a week for a toilet repair. Sergio was extremely friendly, educated us on the repair and was straightforward with our options for service replacement vs toilet replacement. He spent a lot of time explaining to us the issue and even showed us how he was going to resolve the problem. We even inquired about a new sump pump for our crawlspace. Very genuine man and will definitely be using him again for installing a new sump pump!

People’s Plumbing is the best around! They are fast, reliable and honest. We had a problem with our HVAC system and the first plumber we called told us we needed to replace the whole system. We called People’s Plumbing in and they thoroughly examined the system and told us all we needed was to replace one part. They ordered it right away and installed it as soon as it came in a couple of days later. They fixed the problem in less than an hour. Their price was reasonable and they took the time to explain everything to us. Sergio is fantastic and it is a wonderful family run company. I highly recommend them!
