Wallscape commercial wallcovering

I recently went into this Verizon location with my wife to see what we could do about her aging cellphone. We were met by a very pleasant and knowledgeable young man named Shane. He discussed all the options we were interested in and very quickly we were educated in a professional manner on our options. My Wife in particular was very pleased with his manners and soft sale approach and we were out of there in a very short time with her new phone and new plan. She did have to return later after updating her Apple ID and again he was very helpful . I would recommend him to anyone, young or old, that needs to get a new phone and or service. Thanks to the management for having such great employees!

Let me start off by saying that I am an extremely experienced customer. I spend hours not only researching the eventual product t that I will (or will not) buy, but I also make sure to spend equally as long on reviews of locations with excellent customer service.

Having said that, I was a T-Mobile customer for years. I would have left them sooner as I think they're products and coverage are subpar when it comes to other mobile carriers. But their customer service always pulled me back in. Professional, courteous, friendly and always very detail oriented.

So, it would take a lot (and i mean A LOT) to find any other place that could not only meet those same standards but beat them. And beat them they did over at Verizon Wireless Plus in Los Feliz.

And by beat, I mean SHATTERED! And this is ALL thanks to the most knowledgeable, focused, friendliest, most courteous and flat out hardest working Manager Sales Rep, Marisa Flores, that I've ever had the pleasure to assist me in not only answering ALL of my questions but in going above and beyond to provide, without a doubt, the most professional and humane shopping experience. Not just with mobile carriers, but in practically any field.

I was so impressed with her professionalism, knowledge and courteousness that whenever I get a chance to I mention her name and her store to any and all friends who are looking for new phones, providers and above, a real human being who will guide you through the entire process as if you were customer #1. And with her, we ALL are customer #1!

Excellent hire by Verizon with Marisa. Will not be the least bit surprised when she speeds her way to the top of the Verizon corporate ladder. At which point Verizon will be better able to maximize all of her talents.

“This companies wallcovering is the real deal!

Paul is wonderful, has a lovely tone of voice, and is so knowledgeable. I called this store looking for cleaning solutions for some ancient silk wallpaper in my parents’ home. Although this store doesn’t deal with this type of service directly and even though he knew there wouldn’t be anything to sell to/profit from me, Paul took the time to have a lovely and patient conversation full of great advice on how to go about cleaning the silk wallpaper!

They always have stock of really good wallcovering and they sell good product direct. Used them many times all good.
