The professors at the academy are nice and friendly. The place is nice and clean. It can put you in to shape and help you lose weight.

Signing up for my first ever BJJ women’s only class is by far the single best decision I have made to improve my mental and physical health. I highly recommend signing up for Coach Sara’s class especially if you’re nervous or have never taken a jiu jitsu class before. The classes are inclusive of all levels and all the ladies are extremely friendly and supportive of each other.

Coach Sara is highly invested in each of her students and their training. She tailors her classes to accommodate all levels and creates a supportive and safe environment for learning and developing.

The women’s only classes gave me my baseline knowledge and confidence to attend the foundations classes with all members of the gym. Both Jesus and Sara are extremely professional, patient, passionate and overall damn good at what they do. They push you strategically to advance you towards your goals and whatever that goal may be this is the gym for you!

House of Salt is a top notch Jiujitsu school.
Very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Jesus and Sara have created an excellent atmosphere where as a novice or seasoned practitioner you feel welcomed and at home. Jesus is a fantastic instructor, very meticulous leading to easy understanding of techniques. So if your looking to start or continue your jiujitsu journey and in the long branch area, look no further than House of Salt!! After many years of training I am happy and fortunate Jesus and Sara opened their doors to me.

A great place for both beginner and experienced level jiu jitsu. Jesus and Sarah are incredible coaches and welcome everyone with open arms. I have been to a couple different schools in the area and they are by far my favorite. Everyone at the school is treated with respect and like a friend. Highly recommend
