Complete Care at Monmouth

My father recently stayed in the facility for rehab, I must say the place is very clean and the staff are all very nice and helpful. He was at a different facility not too long before and the difference in both place is exceptional. We were greeted by all the staff upon arrival and made very comfortable. The rehab was wonderful and the nurses too. The new management is very eager to help. I wish we knew about this place before we placed him in the other.

The staff at Monmouth Care has been wonderful thru this pandemic. My mother was admitted just weeks before for physical therapy and was very torn about bringing her home when the lockdown started. I felt that she would be safer there than home considering we were still working. I’m happy to say that it was the best decision I could have made. She has received excellent care from all the staff. The facility has a positive upbeat feeling which I think helped all the residents get thru the toughest of times. I was able to FaceTime with my Mom with the help of the recreation staff whenever I wanted. Again I can’t say enough about the facility or the staff. They are 5 stars.
