The electrician who came to help us with our new circuit breaker upgrade was so very friendly, courteous and highly skilled. He explained everything in great detail and knew exactly what was needed to fix our situation. We will recommend Janco Electric to everyone we know.

This is not some fly by night operation but when it comes to electrical work the last thing I want is the “cheapest” electrician I can find. I can’t tell you how happy we are that we decided to have Janco do the work. I worked with Jay and he is the most professional, personable electrician I ever met. He didn’t make me feel like he was in a hurry to leave. He stayed until he completed the job and made sure we are 100% safe and satisfied with his work. When he found the wiring problem in our hallway he showed me what was causing the “electrical smell” and corrected it. If only the person who installed it had Jay’s work ethics! He even cleaned up so you would never know that there was bits and pieces of electrical wiring nuts, copper wiring, etc on the floor when he was working. It’s rare to find someone that takes this much pride in his work these days. I really hope anyone reading this realizes how happy we are with this company!

The technician was great. Not only was he knowledgeable and friendly, but he did a fantastic job installing my ceiling fans and recessed lighting in the bathroom. While the cost was a bit more than what I had in mind, I think it was worth it. The Technician left the place in clean condition—like he was never there, except for the new light and fans. I recommend the service.

In preparing to sell our house, we needed a complicated light fixture replaced. Our Janco electrician did that, as expected, but also inspected all of the outlets in the house, addressing issues as they arose. Even better, he was consistently communicative, thorough, and upbeat. He inspired confidence immediately, and was open about judgment calls and available options. I'd happily hire him again, and recommend him to anyone. Kudos to him for being transparent, communicative, and very competent, and kudos to the company for hiring him. Highly recommended.
