We are very happy with the work done by Basic Basement. Good communication, follow up and prompt response from Gail and Project manager Kevin. Each and every step of the process was well defined. Project started and completed as per the plan.

Had a great experience with Basic Basement. Found them via a strong referral from a friend and my experience was just as excellent. Both Gail and my Project Manager, Kevin were extremely helpful throughout. The entire team was professional, courteous, and delivered fantastic work. Would highly recommend!

We used Basic Basement to finish our basement. I got numerous quotes before going to contract with Basic Basement. They offered a very fair price. We finished 1000 square feet and added a half bathroom. Gail, the project manager was amazing and very responsive to all requests. The quality of work was variable. The walls needed to be re-spackled three times. The company did keep sending people to fix whatever needed to be fixed. There were many bumps along the way, but they stood behind their work. Stuart, the owner of the company, was very apologetic and acknowledged the problems we encountered. After a very long process, my basement looks amazing.

The Basic Basement Co. in Manalapan finished my unfinished basement this month and they did a wonderful Job! All work was done in a timely fashion. My job was a 1400 sq. ft job with framing ( plus 5 additional doors), sheetrock, and electrical. They followed the contract exactly and did not change or increase any prices. They came on time and cleaned up after. They kept in contact with you and were always available if you had a question. We had a lot of other company estimates and they were the best price.VERY PLEASED!

This company did a spectacular job on remodeling my 100 year old historic bathroom. Communication to execution was seamless. Derek always showed up on time, left the house and work area spotless everyday and accommodated my design flawlessly.
I am hiring them to redo my kitchen next, so hopefully, this also goes as well as the bathroom. If you are looking for a reasonably priced company with good project management and workers, this is it.

Update: Just completed my kitchen and it looks fabulous. I am beyond happy with the result. Like with my bathroom, the entire process was seamless.
