Springpoint Living at Manalapan

My Mom recently passed away after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. She was a resident at Springpoint Living Manalapan. The staff could not have been more compassionate and professional in her care, all the way to the end. This starts with the management and transcends to every worker at Springpoint.

The facility is IMMACULATELY CLEAN. We visited Mom 3-4 times per week and were always very pleased with how they cared for her.

In her final days Springpoint brought in Dove Hospice services, who was also fantastic.

The is the best facility and staff that you could ever find in a memory care facility.

My sister-in-law recently moved into Springpoint at Manalapan assisted living and we are so happy we found this amazing facility. The staff is excellent, caring and friendly to both the residents and family members. Special thanks to Allison and Lee for their guidance and patience in answering our many, many questions. They made the transition for our family member very easy and very special. We are very confident we made the right decision in choosing Springpoint Living at Manalapan.

The facility is very clean and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. The nursing staff takes excellent care of my dad and helps him out where needed. Special thanks goes out to Karissa for taking care of my dad!

It was stressful and at times overwhelming when my mother's needs increased, and it became apparent that a new living situation was needed to ensure her safety and well-being. I feel fortunate that I was given the contact for Allison Nappi, the Director of Sales at Springpoint Manalapan, as she and all the staff involved guided our family through the move with compassion, skill and efficiency. Allison listened to what I was hoping to achieve for my mother in her living situation and that has become a reality in the two months she has been a resident. My mother is happy and at ease, with friends to dine with and activities that keep her engaged all day long. Each living section is given a "House" name and it really does feel like a home, with open living, dining, and recreational areas. My mother's studio apartment is bright, spacious and clean. She is well cared for all around with patience and kindness. Every time I am there I notice how much the staff show my mother that she is loved and never alone and that is what gives me peace of mind. The road traveled with an aging parent is difficult with many lessons learned along the way. I am grateful that my mother is living now where she feels at home with her Springpoint Manalapan family and that I have the support of the staff, all of whom are professional, responsive, and understanding.
