Diamond Castle is wonderful and we had an amazing experience there two weeks ago! We recently stopped in to purchase wedding bands and we worked with Rose. She is simply THE BEST. This was my first experience at Diamond Castle, but my fiance's family visits the store frequently and they always work with Rose. We all can't say enough wonderful things about her. She was genuinely excited to help us find the perfect wedding bands and she had a number of great suggestions for us! She let us take our time and truly enjoy the experience. My husband and I love diamond castle! Every time we leave we are so pleased. Robin has helped us with all of the jewelry we have purchased over the past couple years. My husband went to Robin for my engagement ring and he was so pleased that we went back for our wedding bands! We also purchased all of our bridal party gifts from Robin, all of my wedding jewelry and a beautiful bracelet for my mother! We wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Diamond castle is a beautiful store, the staff is super friendly and attentive and the prices are affordable. If you're there ask for Robin! She's the best they have.

I went to the Diamond Castle looking for an engagement ring. I knew next to nothing about diamonds but Robin had me covered. She told me about the gradings and what they meant and had examples to show the differences in cut, clarity, and color. She really took her time to make sure I got the perfect diamond for my fiance. It turned out beautifully. I highly recommend the Diamond Castle, it has a great atmosphere and a staff that goes above and beyond. I will definitely be back for future jewelry purchases.
