“I just dealt with a team lead named David. I have to admit I'm not the most tech savvy. He made me feel comfortable and basically said how normal it was. He could've honestly gotten me to buy a whole new computer today but instead he came up with a cost effective solution. He was there to help. I don't write a lot of these reviews so that says something about his service and my experience. I would even go as far as saying if I came in and asked for him and he wasn't there id ask when he would be there next because he is the only one id want to deal with.”

“Customer service reps were totally awesome. A problem with my return was worked out after a great deal of effort by Becka. The woman who cashed me out (I forget her name) was super friendly. When I forgot my cartwheel coupons she just applied it to my next order as opposed to going back to returns and having to do it that way. Great job by all!!”
