“I contacted Mr. Eddie through a recommendation of a good friend of mine. My car was acting up and I thought the alternator was dead. He gave me a very reasonable price by phone, after asking me if I was sure that that was the problem with my car, I assure him that alternator was the problem. I agreed to his price and mentioned to him that I have to rent a car, so I can use that to give a jumpstart to my car. He immediately offered his assistant to send someone to assist me with that, so I could save some money. Barry was able to see me right away and saw not only that the chrome trim around the front grill was dented, but also a very slight misalignment of the front grill area was present - meaning a certain hidden bracket was dented out of shape. This was a very subtle detail could be easily missed. He explained what work needed to be done very clearly - and answered my questions without showing any impatience.
