As soon as you walk in the door, you're greeted with a big smile. She is just as excited for your service as you are. She had me give her the rundown of what I wanted done and offered suggestions, but really left my choices all up to me. I really appreciated the way Danielle explained to me what was in the shampoo/conditioner products she uses at the store. It's nice to know there are no additives in it that could damage my hair. I'm very aware of what I use on my hair, so for her to start explaining the products to me unprompted was something I truly appreciate. Danielle's ability to make you feel so relaxed and at ease made my appointment so great. We were able to chit chat and really enjoy my time in the chair.
