Matt helped me with a fairly unique type of appraisal that was necessary to do construction in a flood zone. Unlike most appraisers, he was familiar with the relevant regulations and was able to provide an appraisal consistent with the technical requirements. Matt also was very prompt in coming to the property at the appointment time and, although the appraisal itself took 1-2 weeks longer than expected, Matt had told me in advance that my preferred timing would be difficult and that he would do his best, which I’m sure he did.

Having no knowledge of how to validate or appeal our recent assessment, we looked to Matt Nolan / Parkwest Property Appraisals for assistance, and are very glad we did.
