I would give Shell 100 stars if I could. It is refreshing to speak to an owner of a local company who is honest, genuinely cares, and goes above and beyond to do the right thing.
I called Shell for what I thought was a carpenter ant problem (after calling 2 other places that just tried to sell me annual packages). The tech Paul, found the ants but advised the issue was more then ants, they were a symptom.. my problem was moisture in the walls. This is something Shell doesn’t work on. Paul even did a moisture reading on our walls and advised us to call an engineer or contractor.
After doing so, we uncovered a major issue on our home.
Shell didn’t take a penny from us, came out 2x and months later was able to provide us documentation for our insurance company.
The entire team at Shell are stand up people, I highly recommend Shell if looking for a reasonable company with expertise and integrity.
I've been using Shell for 3 years in Brielle, fair, honest and most importantly super knowledgeable about all things Pest Control. There's a preventive plan that you can enroll in that keeps problems from arising, can't recommend Dennis the owner and the team enough
