Mary Urbano and her team at Allstates provide real customer service. You are not treated like a number, but as family. We recently put a new roof on our home and noticed in our renewal that we can save money by updating our policy. We provided all the paperwork to Allstate that the roofing company supplied us with. After Mary reviewed the information, she called the roofing company and requested the exact information that the underwriter department would need to update our policy. Since we switched to Allstate over 13 years, we only have great customer service when working with Mary and her team.

All I will say is that in all the years we are driving, and that is for about 40 years, Allstate is the best, cheapest and positively the most responsive and responsible insurance company. I have always been very pleased with the personal service of all areas of Allstate that we have needed and used. This includes getting my Homeowners policy switched over from another company and insuring our five autos. With two auto claims, when our kids were involved in crashes, everything was done with care and compassion and in a prompt and courteous fashion. Thank you for the many years of great service we have been provided by Urbano and Associates and the various claims personnel we have dealt with over the years. Should I add that the policy prices are outstanding as far as being market competitive.
