“I had the most amazing experience at AquaSpa today! I booked a Spa Pedicure and Classic Manicure, and both were great. I specifically chose AquaSpa because of its reviews of being very clean, as I’m 34 weeks pregnant and getting infections is a big concern of mine. The place was so clean, and all tools were either new from the package or sanitized before use. The ladies that did my mani/pedi took amazing care of me, checking to make sure the water and towels weren’t too hot and helping me out of the chairs so I didn’t stumble with my big belly. The reflexology massage was incredibly wonderful and relaxing, my feet haven’t felt this good my entire pregnancy! I’ll definitely be back!”

I could tell they gave my vehicle an honest inspection as John called a little after I dropped off and said that they noticed another nail in a different tire as well! “We love Dr. Su and have been patients of hers for many years. She is a great doctor who saved my life and who has taken great care of my loved ones for a long time. However, some of her receptionist staff can be unprofessional and it is a shame because she is such a fantastic doctor. I called to make an appointment and immediately off the bat the woman who answered my call had a snippy tone and bad attitude. She acted as if she was doing me a favor by even answering the call. I understand a job dealing with many patients in a day becomes mentally taxing but It’s demeaning to be spoken to in such a way when you are being polite and making a simple request. I’ve dealt with a few not so excellent receptionists in my years of being a patient here but this particular woman, unfortunately, takes the cake.”
