“Bar Method Marlboro is My me time place. The classes are something I look forward to every morning. For two years since they opened I’ve been coming religiously and before that I could never say I loved my workout. The way the small movements have reshaped my body is just one very big plus. The combination of ballet, yoga, core, stretching, and breathing has improved my overall health. So much so that it became one of my favorite me time spots. There is no price on health and if you find your needing a change that eliminates the risk of hard core over done exercise this place is for you too. “SPS is the best gym for my entire family. SPS is not just a gym, it’s a community and a family. Coach Collis and his team are truly the best. So much knowledge and passion. Classes are different each day so you never get bored and the energy high. I owe so much to each and every person there. My awesome friend kept telling me about it for so long and I kept putting it off due to my fear of stepping out of my comfort zone. Then I finally worked up the courage to do a trial, I was very intimidated to workout among those at a higher fitness level, but I knew deep down that this is what I needed to achieve the goals I have been wanting to achieve for so long and couldn’t because I wasn’t being challenged enough. I was so thrilled to find a loving community. All of the members and coaches are always there to cheer me on and push me hard. The coaches always made me feel at ease and helped me to make sure I have the correct form. I am seeing amazing results. I am at the fittest point and feel amazing. I lost a total of 22 pounds. “Seriously awesome. I've always hated yoga in the past but these classes are so different from the typical yoga class and so much fun! Recommend taking a class with Claire. Her hip hop music choices are on point and vibe really well with the class. I leave every class sweaty and feeling better about the world and my place in it. Also, the added little massage and cold towel at the end is the best!”
