“I'm an intermediate gymer and this gym is pretty good imo. Very clean and had all the equipment and machines I needed. I just moved back to NJ from Houston, TX and the gyms there are big cuz there's space, this one is ok. I've seen some really cramped gyms, not to mention any names but like retro fitness in West Orange(I can't believe I went there once upon a time.) I didn't like there "you must use a towel" rule cuz I don't sweat, like at all, so why do I need a towel for? If I planned on staying in this south Jersey area i'd consider this gym. I def recommend it tho. And FYI it's like $40+/month for the gym and like $80/month for gym and fitness classes. Say no to LA fitness. So unkept”

“Gravity Training Zone is an amazing gym with an awesome team of trainers and accountability coaches! I decided to try the Free 6 week challenge in order to start a healthier lifestyle and get back into working out regularly. The entire process was definitely a challenge but all the trainers were amazing, supportive and always there for any questions i had. I would definitely recommend checking this gym out! You will not be disappointed and will feel great after knowing you are able to push yourself to the limits in order to meet your goals!”

“Come for the yoga - stay for the community! This is a great yoga studio. Finding instructors as skilled as you find here is really hard. But don't come here just because you get a great physical yoga class to suit your skill level. Come because Pooja and Cristal have created a place for people affiliated by a love/need for yoga but united by true caring and concern for each other. I've been doing yoga for 20+ years, around the world, in NYC, you name it. I'm adventurous with my yoga - I want classes that are challenging and not routine, sometimes I want to sweat and sometimes I need a more restorative experience. At Soul Power Yoga, the instructors have worked really hard to know ME and make sure I get what I need in each class. They figure out what I need before I do. How? They pay attention to me. A gentle correction, a push out of my comfort zone, a suggestion to take it easy on myself, each when I need it. We all have ups/downs, and this is a place where people can use yoga to restore their spirit as well as the body. Getting help with my tight hips is great. Getting help with my internal voice is priceless. Isn't that the essence of yoga?”
