(August 22, 2021, 8:12 pm)I was looking for a specific balloon for a special occasion on short notice and called several places with no luck. When I called The Party Outlet, Antoinette called me back and said they could get the product with expedited shipping. I spoke to Roxanne on Friday and said I would pick them up early Saturday morning probably around when they opened around 10 a.m. When I arrived at 10:10 that Saturday, Roxanne said the balloons were blown up that morning and all ready to go. The Party Outlet really came through!

Any time I have come into this store, Antoinette has been more than accommodating and helped perfect my balloon choices. Wishing continued success!
(July 4, 2020, 1:10 pm)This place needs way more stars then it has . Party outlet not only made my birthday BEAUTIFUL but they SAVED the day ! The day before my birthday Party city had no helium left , to find a party city store with helium was a disaster. My sister told me about The party outlet . I feel in love! It was super cute And organized . They had EVERYTHING that I needed for my theme .Great customer service. They had so much cute stuff ! My foil balloons are still hanging after 3 weeks . I’m so lucky to have found them . I’m a forever customer.
