I have been renting for 3 years now and Tom Orozco has always been very kind and courteous since the very first day that he rented to us.
I would definitely recommend this location to anyone searching for a great place to store their items.

(February 2, 2021, 7:56 pm)THIS LIFE STORAGE IS THE BEST FACILITY IN NORTH AUSTIN.
We run a business with interior design and residential projects with a variety of clients and vendors. Needless to say, our needs change month to month. I've tried other facilities closer to some job site and walk away regretting the short cut that becomes a hassle. Really enjoy working with Tom and Ron at this Life Storage facility. They're always on site and a phone call away when I need a unit same day or next day. The parking lot is clean and secure.
(February 2, 2021, 7:42 pm)Was in a pinch, Ron came through for me and helped ease a lot of potential costs with our movers. Was able to get into a unit after business hours, had a pad lock waiting and everything. Excellent customer service!
(July 28, 2019, 2:16 pm)I love this place! You can always count on fresh great food from Vinnie and the gang. All subs are made with the highest quality freshly sliced deli meats. Great local spot!
(May 3, 2019, 10:49 pm)I love The Milkbox Deli. These places can be hit or miss but this one hits it out of the park. The food is simple deli food ranging from hot and cold subs and salads to burgers and other sandwiches. The subs are thick and the bread is fresh. Two things I love about it are that I can get a pork roll, egg, and cheese all day. Some delis don't like serving eggs late. Also they are open later than most delis of this type.
UPDATE: The burgers are awesome. Super fresh beef. Nice kaiser bun
(July 28, 2017, 7:35 pm)Got a California cheese steak. Best I have ever had! Vinnie doesn't use steakums like most places. He uses thick-sliced REAL roast beef. I have never had a bad meal here. I'd give them ???? stars if I could!!!! Yummmmmmm!
