My consultant was spot on with the dresses she was bringing out for me to try on and clearly listened to my style and theme of my wedding. I said yes to to dress here hours after walking out of Cinderella Bridal and receiving horrible service. Belle didn't require a credit card to hold my appointment and they allowed pictures unlike Cinderella.”

“This is a very inexpensive store with some excellent products. It is also frustratingly unpredictable - if you liked a product and want to buy it again, it may never return, or may be replaced with something not as good. The staff are friendly and helpful, but the whole shopping experience is decidedly downscale. Still, I look for things here before going to Target, etc. since any products Family Dollar might have in stock will probably be better and cheaper than elsewhere.”

“Your typical Sears. This one is out of the way and pretty empty so it's nice to do your shopping and not worry about other people. Same selection and prices as Sears in the malls. It's a big building with plenty of space to store everything they have to sell. I didn't deal with any customer support so I can't speak for that but my experience shopping here was good.”

She helped me understand different options and figure out what style would look good on me. My custom wig was ready within 2 weeks - it fit well and the color match was great! Roxanne was super as was Courtney, who was so patient and encouraging, allowing me time to learn and get comfortable with it, learning how to put it on, adjust it, and all that goes along with it.
