“I highly recommend this family of doctors and employees. Even when you call, they are so concerned, friendly and efficent. My experiences are mostly with Dr. Giacona and Dr. Thompson. Dr. Giacona is so attentive and personable and really listens. I have been with her for well over 20 years. She is awesome! Dr.Thompson/Giacona were especially amazing to me when my daughter caught covid during the early onset. They used their former office space for a place where people who were sympomatic could be seen. They saved my daughter's life. I took her there, and the next day, Dr. Thompson called and said, (over a weekend), I want you to take her to get another chest xray. Infection had doubled. Dr. T immediately adjusted meds and told us to bring her in next day. When I took my daughter back then next morning, she could barely walk up the stairs from out den. I had her secluded. We pulled up and Giacona evaulated her and quickly turned her back to me and said to go right to the hospital. If Dr. Thompson/Giacona hadn't insist we follow up, she would have died in my den. They showed up when a lot of doctors were refusing covid patients. I'm eternally grateful to them and all of the wonderful staff. I know they saved my daughter.”

If I ask a question on the patient portal, there's a response in under two hours, without fail. I've never waited more than 5-10 minutes in the waiting room, and am often in and out of her office in under 30 minutes.”
