Colonial Airstream

Just purchased a Winnebago Ekko from a dealer in PA at the Hershey RV show and we were having an issue with getting the gray water tank.cap off so we could empty the tanks. The cap was wedged on so tight, that normal hand pressure would not get the cap off. Leary of applying a tool with fear that we could damage the spout, etc. and void the warranty, we drove to the nearest dealer to see if they could help us. So when we got to Colonial RV we spoke to Ellen in the parts department and she confirmed that the cap should come off with just a twist. To make a long story short Ellen sympathized with our situation and she was able to get Paul, (the person who normally does the new sales tour) to take a look at it. Well with the help of a screwdriver Paul was able to pry the cap off and reseat the cap so it worked properly. Both of these folks were fantastic. They provided help when quite frankly, they did not have too. Everyone in this dealership has been a real class act. Whether we were just looking, inquiring about vehicles, etc. they have always been very low key, knowledgeable and helpful. Will only go here for servce

Our experience purchasing an Airstream at Colonial has exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. Our salesperson, Connor, provided the highest level of service at each stage of the process. Every question, email, and call was handled in a friendly and expedient way. Steve and Lisa set us up well in the payment and registration processes, making everything clear and quick. Kevin gave us a thorough but easily digestible orientation to the Airstream that made operating the the new rig seem fun. Kyle and Joe on the service team were incredibly friendly, answering all of our mechanical questions with detail and care. Joe not only made sure our hitch was calibrated for our Jeep but also spent time with us late on a Saturday to make sure we'd feel great towing for the first time. I can't thank the team enough! We purchased our "Big Silver Thing"...from Patrick in 2017...you know...he is still there and remains ranked as the best in the Nation. We call there and they send parts quickly...."We are glad we traveled there from Oklahoma to buy...as Patrick reminded us it is a "travel" trailer...we have over 50,000 miles now"...proud to do business here. We are Colonials!!!

This location has so many varieties of RVs and etc. the locations seems new and the workers there are more than happy to assist you with any questions you have. The sales associate are very laid back unlike other location where they put pressure on customers. Their inventory seems to have the most latest RVs around. The place is dog friendly and you are allowed to look around on your own to any vehicle you want since the customers have full access to them. Bhazi approves two paws up !

We just purchased a 25FBT Airstream Globetrotter from Conner & Patrick!
